Chef's Dinner Second Seating
After a huge demand for our Fine Whiskey + Paired Cocktail Chef’s Dinner on November 12th, we have decided to run the event two nights in a row! Join us on Wednesday, November 13th at Proof no. 5 for a six-course dinner paired with cocktails and high-end whiskey from the Buffalo Trace Distillery including Blanton’s Straight from the Barrel, George T. Stagg and Weller 12.
Tickets require a $50 deposit which will be redeemed on the final bill at the end of the night.
Cost per ticket is $125 + tax and a 20% gratuity.

Michter's Bourbon Tasting and Chef's Dinner
Join us for dinner and an exclusive whiskey tasting experience focused on whiskey from the Michter’s Distillery. The Midwest Regional Director of Michter’s will walk us through the US*1 Bourbon, Shenk’s Homestead, Bomberger’s Declaration, Michter’s 10 Year Bourbon, and Michter’s 10 Year Rye. Each whiskey will be paired with a course created by Chef Stuart McLuckie (full menu coming soon). There will also be bottles for sale as well as some Michter’s 20 Year Bourbon and Michter’s 25 Year Bourbon that will be heavily discounted for this event only. Cost is $125 per person.
